Housing Workforce Policy - Tenant Survey

Overview

We are developing a Rotherham Council Housing Workforce Policy which sets out how we make sure housing staff are able to do their job properly.

This means making sure staff: 

• Have the right skills, knowledge and experience 

• Are trained and supported to do their job effectively 

• Continue to meet high standards over time 

The policy will explain how we train, support and check staff performance, so we can provide a reliable and high quality service to tenants.

We want to make sure our approach is clear, effective and gives tenants confidence in the service they receive.
