Specialist Housing: Extra care, retirement homes, and supported living for vulnerable groups. Live / Work Units: Buildings or dwellings designed for both residential and business work within the same unit. Custom & Self-Build: Sites for individuals or groups to build their own homes. Gypsy & Traveller: Residential pitches to meet specific cultural housing needs. Travelling Showpeople: Mixed-use plots to meet housing and equipment storage needs for members of a group organised for the purposes of holding fairs, circuses or shows. |

Nature Recovery and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG): Land dedicated to habitat creation to offset development impacts. Local Green Space: Green space that is in reasonably close proximity to the community it serves; demonstrably special to a local community and holds a particular local significance; and local in character and is not an extensive tract of land. Green Infrastructure: Parks, community gardens, and allotments. |
