Nature Recovery and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG): Land dedicated to habitat creation to offset development impacts.

Local Green Space: Green space that is in reasonably close proximity to the community it serves; demonstrably special to a local community and holds a particular local significance; and local in character and is not an extensive tract of land.

Green Infrastructure: Parks, community gardens, and allotments.
